willingness to wait
I was listening to Charles Stanley last night and I jotted down some of the points. He was talking about the importance to wait on the Lord. I find it hard to wait sometimes; but when I take things into my own hands, it doesn't work out so good.
1. Being willing to wait
2. Humility~ being submissive to Him, in ourselves we're helpless
3. Patience~ being willing to remain calm and quiet
4. Courage to resist: following my schedule vs. God's; pressure of attitudes/oppinions of others
to move when God says wait; fear of failure & criticism
